Mission: Equipping Today's Church was founded in 1994, growing out of a concern for ministries in smaller congregations. Since smaller churches do not have the funds to hire specialized staff to assist and train their people in the areas of Christian Education and Women's ministries, a group of volunteers banded together to help find these resources for churches.
Today ETC has two part-time staff and several volunteers who assist in these support activities.
