Mission: The program is for inner city children, at risk children and juvenile probation offenders. The children use the equine experience as a tool for emotional growth and learning. The goal of the program activities is to motivate, diminish anxieties, develop trust, learn self-evaluation, increase self-esteem, and develop or enhance socialization skills.
Programs: The organization hosted an after school program in 2015 for inner city youth. The after school programs were provided throughout the school year for at risk youth. Teaching equine education and responsibility to 8-15 youth weekly. The majority of the expenses incurred for the year related to maintaining the grounds and horses which are necessary for providing the after school program. The program finalized its activities in the afterschool program in february 2016 and terminated the after school program. The expenses were to care for the horses and facilities until all the assets where distributed.
