Causes: Civil Rights, Civil Rights, Social Action & Advocacy
Mission: Equal Justice Matters was conceived out of a desire to PROACTIVELY educate the youth, families, community leaders and policy makers about the unequal treatment of marginalized Blacks, Whites and People of Color in the American Justice System. We aim to teach people how to avoid becoming a casualty of the War on Drugs or becoming entangled in the system in general.
Target demographics: educate the community and keep young adults and youth out of prison
