Causes: Community Service Clubs
Mission: To attract, engage and retain young, diverse talent to greater cleveland by connecting young professionals to people, organizations and events that will help them become better integrated to the city.
Programs: Networking/social engagement: research shows that young professional who are highly engaged in their community are 2-3 times more likely to stay. Additionally, research shows that millennials are passionate about their communities and work place and must have an affinity to location. Our events expose young professionals to all that cleveland has to offer them in an effort to engage and ultimatly, retain them in the city.
professional development: young professionals are provided with professional development opportunities and trainings that enable them to learn and grow in their professional, civic and personal endeavors. Sessions are taught by seasoned leaders in the community and subject matter experts. Topics include career advancement, mentorship, civic engagement and more.
