Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Community Mental Health Centers, Mental Health
Mission: to assist adult cancer survivors diagnosed with breast, colon, and head/neck cancers “live life well” by collaborating with community supports to provide services that will focus on overall mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.
Results: We have provided education to the community, bringing awareness about colon, head/neck and breast cancer.
Target demographics: adult cancer survivors diagnosed with colon, head/neck and breast cancer.
Geographic areas served: the Henry, Clayton, Butts, Spalding, Upson, Rockdale county areas.
Programs: mental health counseling, survivorship classes, in home assistance, and vocational rehabilitation.
