Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Children & Youth, Crime & Law, Food, Food Banks & Pantries, Mental Health, Mental Health & Crisis Intervention, Youth Development Programs, Youth Violence Prevention
Mission: Our mission is to create, facilitate, and manage programs, services, and resources that transform lives, schools, and communities. We achieve these outcomes through partnerships and collaborations with community organizations, academic institutions, local businesses, and government agencies that strive to do the same. In addition, our mission is to empower individuals through education and community engagement to empower themselves, their families, and their community.
Results: To date, we have helped more than 250 families and more than 500 individuals with crisis training and emergency assistance requests. In addition, we have helped more than 30 individuals start new businesses and non-profit organizations that EMPACT the communities that they represent.
Target demographics: Underserved communities, and individuals, individual experiencing mental health crisis.

Programs: Crisis Intervention, Management, Response & Recovery Services. The HOPE Project, Dream Catchers Mentorship Program, CENAP (Community Emergency Needs Assessment Program) BackPack Buddies, and Afterschool Programs (Virtual & In-Person)
