Causes: Education, Scholarships, Scholarships & Student Financial Aid
Mission: The purpose of the emmanuel sanders foundation is to provide children with financially disadvantaged families with resources and support to reach their full potential and attain a better life.
Programs: Gear-up - program provides denver boys and girls with sports equipment so they are all geared up and equipped to play sports. Emmanuel based the program around sports because bigger than the game itself, kids derive and learn life fundamentals from sports, such as teamwork, discipline, perseverance and cultivating a strong work ethic. For emmanuel, it is the long-term goal of sports that is important for him which is that life fundamentals that come from playing sports help kids to succeed in any profession that they may chose.
hurricane harvey - provided disadvantaged familites with resources and support to reach their full potential and attain a better life, by donating to the salvation army to supply food and water and to houston community toolbank so that volunteers leading the recovery act would have quality tools.
emmanuels locker, a community outreach program of the emmanuel sanders foundation, is a locker filled with sports equipment for students at a title i school to use in their after-school sports who may not have access to some of the sporting equipment they need to participate and/or succeed in after-school sports programs.
