Mission: The object and purpose of elm crest manor shall be to provide skilled nursing care to anyone needing this care regardless of race, creed or national origin. Programs: Elm crest manor is a nonprofit organization owned by the peace church of new salem, north dakota, licensed under the laws of the state to provide comprehensive long-term care as prescribed by attending physicians. The manor is a 68-bed nursing facility and a 10-unit assisted living facility located in new salem, north dakota. The manor provides skilled care under the state of north dakota and federal government standards. All costs are used for care of individuals in a long term care setting. Regulations are established in order that each resident will be treated fairly and that the organization can function efficiently.
