Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Children & Youth, Crime & Law, Leadership Development, Youth Development, Youth Development Programs, Youth Violence Prevention
Mission: We engage youth through obstacle course training and military discipline. Everyone battles with difficult circumstances. Life offers many challenges by relating physical obstacles to various spiritual, emotional, and mental difficulties. We train recruits to overcome adversity and thrive in high-stress difficult circumstances. We train in Biblical understanding, memorization, and many other discipleship tactics.
Results: Elite has trained thousands all over the world. Go to our website eliteteams.net to see the videos and listen to the stories. To date, Elite has impacted cultures, people groups, and communities. Our processes have impacted the gangs of Central America. We have been accepted as an effective training platform in all Honduran schools. We also have trained in our few short months in the United States 55 people with the same results. Lives changed. We have been around for the past 15 years and love to invest in the next generation.
Target demographics: Elite Teams uses a training style and methods found to be effective that guide young people and train them to be leaders in their own environments. We use methods of team-building evolutions, physical training, verbal instruction, discipline, and character development. Elite Teams hopes to become an important tool to tackle the problem of increased violence impacting the lives of our young people. We work with at-risk young men and women and act as positive influence. Our “Extreme Mentorship” methods, include obstacle course training, non-combative military training, leadership training and self-improvement training. Our teams are currently based in El Salvador, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, and the United States.
