Mission: To provide exceptional health care and quality of life through innovative programs to those we serve within our communities. Our services are made available to all income levels and include: two skilled nursing facilities, a long-term home health care program, and a foster grandparent program.
Programs: Elant at fishkill inc's 160-bed skilled nursing facility located in fishkill and 62-bed skilled nursing facility in wappingers falls provide a variety of medical, clinical, social, and psychological services to individuals of all income levels. In 2017 our skilled nursing facility provided 24,345 days of exceptional health care to its residents.
