Causes: Real Estate Associations
Mission: To hold title to real property, collect income therefrom, and turn over to its members.
Programs: Eihab holding corporation, inc. ("organization") holds title to the real property transferred to it by the three members, collect rental income therefrom, and turn over the entire amount thereof, less expenses, to the three members. However, the organization may, from time to time, retain reasonable cash reserves in order to acquire new real estate that will be held by the organization for the benefit of its members. Any such cash reserves will be held for less than one year before making an investment in real estate. The three members are eihab human services, inc. , eihab human services new jersey, inc. And eihab human services pennsylvania, inc. They are charitable organizations exempt from taxation under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code.
