Mission: To provide services that create positive change in individuals, families, and our community; and encourages and facilitates partcipation by all people who can help make our vision, a future where all people in our community live with dignity and have the opportunity and ability to live economically productive and satisfying lives, a reality.
Programs: Child care: develop quality child care options & after-school care programs, which provide children & adult food programs, & also administers & delivers the head start programs.
family development: develop skills for living, including: parenting of infants, adult literacy (literacy volunteers program), educational & career development assistance, & parenthood & pregnancy counseling.
energy services: provides assistance to income eligible households for weatherization & energy conservation & cost reduction needs.
community and economic development
