Mission: To represent educators in the eau claire area school district.
Programs: Member advocacy - officers of the organization, as well as building representatives, are trained to represent members' needs, concerns and to advocate for due process. It is also the responsibility of the organization to work with the eau claire area school district administration in developing positive relationships for the betterment of public education.
quality education/professionalism - the organization works with its dues-paying members to promote quality instruction, provide professional development, and to provide support with licensure/teacher evaluation issues.
social justice - the association works with parent and other organizations to help promote a fair and equitable education. The association also strives to promote social justice issues within the community.
