Causes: Centers to Support the Independence of Specific Populations, Human Services

Mission: ETCIL's Mission is to help people facing barriers related to their disabilities achieve full participation in their communities with greater independences, self-sufficiency and involvement in the community.

Results: ETCIL frequently assists in providing sign language interpreters for the deaf and hard of hearing. ETCIL frequently assists disabled individuals in relocating from nursing homes and assisted living to independent living. ETCIL provides services to disabled individuals by assisting them with managing their finances and assiting them with applications for state and federal government assistance (Social Security, etc). ETCIL provides training and classes to give disabled individuals the training and education needed to live independently.

Target demographics: Persons with any and all disabilities.

This place treats clients very poorly. Case workers do not listen to clients. I know i am one i desperately want to find someplace else to handle my finances. My case worker is very condescending. Case worker does not seem to care about what i want.
