Mission: EaRN Employment and Resource Network is a new and innovative ministry response to the employment crisis in America (and in our churches) that empowers The Church Body to be used in the process of individuals attaining satisfying work.
Programs:
The value proposition for a church to become an EaRN Affiliate is $180 Equipping Fee (one-time) and $45 per month Employment Networking and Resource Access Fee. In return, a local church receives all the necessary training and operations materials to instill and sustain an EaRN ministry through their congregation. Every active ministry participant also receives access to a secure section of the EaRN web site that is an employment networking and resource platform just for EaRN Affiliates. This secured portion of the web site also contains additional ministry support resources such as job and resume data bases, newsletters, blogs, Webinar broadcasts, continuing education in lay counseling and discipleship skills. The church also receives monthly consulting services for trouble shooting.
