Programs: School readiness - to provide financial subsidies to families of eligible children needing early education and child care services. The program allows families to be economically self-sufficient and their children to enter school ready.
voluntary pre-k - to provide funding for a program designed to prepare four year olds for kindergarten and build the foundation for their educational success.
performance funding project - the project gives eligible child care providers and their instructors an opportunity to earn additional compensation for improving school readiness program outcomes. To be eligible, providers must have at least 30% of their birth - 5 enrollment made up of children in a school readiness program when applying. The project tracks the results of special training and teacher-child interaction through the school year.
refugee services - dcf funded program that allowed the organization to provide early learning services for one child during the year.
