Mission: To provide low-income, elderly persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their physical, social, and psychological needs and to promote their health, security, happiness, and usefulness in longer living.
Programs: The dunson school apartments provide 28 one-bedroom units, a community room, central laundry & an outdoor patio area. Units are available to seniors 62 years and older with incomes at or below 50% of the area median income. Residents pay no more than 30% of their adjusted income toward rent and utilities.
