I was involved in this 'charity' for several months. I gave time and money in the expectation that my efforts would be helping children with Cancer. well, after these few months, I come to find out that there is only ONE person running the show. The same ONE person dealing with ALL monies. when I asked about this, I was told to not worry about it. I asked a good friend who is part of a GREAT charity, Children's Home Society' in Fort Lauderdale, FL, he said that that is not appropriate. A real charity is transparent and has more than ONE board member and more than ONE person deciding where the monies go. I believe this 'charity' will not succeed until significant changes are made and there is clear transparency.
