These beautification projects increase the vibrancy of downtown, helping to attract visitors and local residents to the area.
the fourth downtown block party resulted from a strong collaboration of downtown terre haute, inc. Directors, downtown merchants, city and county governmental agencies, local utilities and scores of interested volunteers. This one-day event showcased our stellar downtown, and approximately 7,000 people enjoyed music, arts and crafts show, fabulous food and great shopping.
