Mission: Teaching families financial management using biblical principles
Programs: Provided group and individual education to 421 households interested in homeownership and acheiving other financial goals. Our program focuses on first time homebuyers and provides information to result in affordable and sustainable homeownership. We remain in the top five in the state in volume of loans closed among first time homebuyers.
provided 71 individual coaching and counseling sessions to households seeking assistance with creating a personal budget, understanding credit and reducing or eliminating debt. These activities often precede families working on the goal of achieving or sustaining homeownership.
provided group education to 75 adults and children to help them improve their financial literacy and financial capability. Classes covered topics such as budgeting, credit, debt, insurance, consumer shopping, predatory lending, saving and assets.
provided foodboxes during holidays.
