My grand daughter was/is in crisis. I met with a counselor for an hour, poured my heart out to her. She said that she would meet with my grand daughter - she went to her school and met with her once. Gave her some lotion and told her to use it when she was stressed out. Never heard from her or saw her again. One of my grand daughter's issues is abandonment - this just added to her issues with that. As far as I'm concerned this is a terrible agency and they should be ashamed of how they treated us.
