Mission: The mission of this agency is to provide a variety of professional human services and supports which strengthen families. The agency specializes in providing services to adults who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Programs: Human services programs: residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities. Individuals are served in community living arrangements and family living homes licensed by pa odp. During 16-17, six adults received family living services. Forty-seven adults received group home cla services. We provided 16,119 days of cla, 1,886 days of family living, and 191 days of respite services in 16-17.
human services: non-residential services to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Habilitation & companion services were provided to 57 individuals. They received 22,697 hours of services in 16-17. Vocational services for individuals with disabilities were also provided. The 33 people that attended the adult training facility received 31,661 hours of service. The 47 people that participated in supported employment and transitional work received 7,784 hours of service. Twenty-six individuals received transportation services in 16-17, with a total of 5,023 trips provided.
