Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Christianity, Homeless & Housing, Homeless Centers, Human Services, Public & Societal Benefit, Religion, Temporary Housing
Mission: Disciples of Christ whose Identity is Rooted in Christ that experience Victory in Christ and are Empowered to fulfill their calling through Christ. Currently, we offer a men's residential program that provides: Transitional housing Budgeting & financial education assistance Job search and training assistance Food assistance Faith development Access to other services through partnerships with local organizations and agencies
Results: Housed 37 men from homelessness, foster care, and incarceration. Assisted men with successfully following the DIVE program to become independent, and productive in their personal and professional lives.
Target demographics: people experiencing life transitions and homelessness
Direct beneficiaries per year: a variety of men get off the streets and engage in a healthly choices in pursuit of personal indepedence
