Mission: District three youth and adult, inc. 's mission is to provide educational and citizenship training for youth and adults, and to foster initiatives, in collaboration with other community organizations, to improve educational opportunities for the poor, and to advocate for community improvements and social progress.
Programs: The organization conducts counseling and assistance to immigrants and provides classes in english as a second language (esl) and citizenship. During the year, 265 individuals received counseling and 300 individuals attended esl classes and citizenship preparation classes. 500 individuals were given assistance in preparing immigration papers.
