Nonprofit Overview
Causes: Children & Youth, Crime & Law, Youth Violence Prevention
Mission: Our mission is to provide positive direction, preparation, inspiration, and knowledge to at risk and homeless boys and girls ages 7-18 through group mentoring, life skills training, career coaching and family enrichment activities
Results: We have provided coats, shoes amd school supplpies to 200 homeless kids and we have assist in locating services and mentoring to over 75 kids.
Target demographics: at risk boys and girl 7 to 18 years old.
Direct beneficiaries per year: 156 youth
Geographic areas served: the Atlanta Metropolitan area.
Programs: We provide positive direction, preparation, inspiration, and knowledge to at risk and homeless boys and girls ages 7-18 through group mentoring, life skills training, career coaching and family enrichment activities. As we address the growing issue of childhood obesity and inactivity among youth, we are seeking the partnership of local corporations and merchants to help us raise awareness through the support of this worthy cause.
