Mission: To promote and provide for the development of affordable housing for special needs populations.
Programs: To promote and provide housing supports to the public including, but not limited to, low cost housing, rent to own housing available to identified populations that include, but are not limited to, the seriously mental ill, persons with substance use disorder, homeless and elderly families and low income groups. The corporation may also collaborate with other non-profit corporations that are recognized as exempt from federal taxation under code section 501(c)(3) and which corporations share one or more of the corporation's tax-exempt purpose.
