I first met April Star Davis when I purchased some of her very unique jewelry. I am part of the organization Invisible Children. As we conducted business, we also talked about giving back to the world. April had the great idea of having groups of designers donate items to be auctioned at fundraisers for African non-profits. Hence, D4A was born.

I started my own non profit after watching so many misuse funds & wanted to find a way to be the most effective so i now have a registered 501c3 non profit

we are all volunteer run & all financials are open & online & all information is made public.
