Mission: Delta housing corporation of the district of columbia (dhcdc) was organized under the disrict of columbia non-profit corporation act to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for low and moderate-income persons, particularly for the elderly and the handicapped. Dhcdc developed and operates delta towers apartments, a 150-unit elderly and handicapped apartment project located in washington, dc, under the provisions of section 202 of the national housing act, in conjunction with a capital advance agreement provided by the u. S department of housing and urban development (hud).
