Mission: As the leader of the nonprofit sector, the Delaware Alliance for Nonprofit Advancement's mission is to strengthen, enhance, and advance nonprofits and the sector in Delaware through advocacy, training, capacity building, and research.
Programs: Training/consulting - delivered skill building workshops/seminars/consulting activities for nonprofit organizations focused on helping them to understand and implement best practices for all aspects of nonprofit management, including governance, finance, marketing, human resources, fundraising, and legal.
member networking - delivered forums/opportunities/tools for nonprofit organizations to share ideas and resources with one another and to create connections with community members, funders, elected officials, and other potential partners.
sector advocacy/communication - delivered educational information to nonprofit organizations and other interested parties related to state and federal legislative and budget matters affecting the sector and advocated on behalf of the sector to the general public and elected officials as necessary.
