Programs: The tax exempt purpose of dechambeau creek foundation is land conservation to preserve historical value as well as preserving specific land as open space in its natural environment. For the years 2010 through 2017 this has been accomplished primarily by the use of donated labor. Certain expenses have been paid directly by the current landowner up to the point where the land transfers ownership to the foundation. Therefore the only direct expenses up to this point have are for tax compliance.
