Causes: In-Home Assistance
Mission: To provide in-home non-medical support services for the elderly and disabled.
Programs: The agency provides homemaker, companion, chore services, live-in care, and personal care assistance to the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill population, many who are homebound. Four days per week, the agency operates a memory care day activity program for individuals with dementia to meet the needs of this growing patient population and their caregivers. In 2017 the agency provided over 108,000 hours of services to 417 area clients in the 13 town area of northeastern connecticut.
