Causes: Health, Rehabilitative Care
Mission: To transform the lives of us male and female military veterans by providing a multifaceted equine assisted therapy program to help them learn how to manage current situations and future challenges. To teach participants to grow a garden and to use this garden to feed homeless veterans in the state. To offer job internship opportunities for participants in the program.
Programs: The equine program served 40 veterans and their family members through multiple equine therapy sessions, 800 service members and their families through the national guard yellow ribbon reintegration program, over 100 through our annual holiday party that included veteran support and 50 veterans and their families through our fly fishing/tying program.
