Nonprofit Overview
Mission: Damascus Road was founded in 2009 and is dedicated to fighting the evil of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. We are committed to bring awareness through educating, restoring and empowering the abused, and advocating for the prevention and abolition of human trafficking.
Results: Served over 400 local survivors of sex trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation, and educating tens of thousands of community members.
Target demographics: Anti-human trafficking movement and advocacy for survivors
Direct beneficiaries per year: 68 new clients. over 200 existing clients, and educating 1000's of community members.
Geographic areas served: The greater Fox Valley area and throughout Wisconsin
Programs: Community education, training and prevention, advocacy for survivors and locating & identifying victims.
