Causes: Human Services, Seniors, Supportive Housing for Older Adults
Mission: The culpeper provides dignity in living for senior adults living in our communities, some of whom cannot afford to pay the full cost of their care. Provided services include high quality housing, health care, wellness programs, and other services. We practice servant leadership by attracting and retaining professional and caring staff committed to our residents' needs. We provide excellent facilities and services while embracing innovation that honors our traditional practices. Our faith-based, nonprofit, service-oriented identity in our market areas sets us apart from other senior care providers, and we are integral partners with a variety of churches, schools, human service organizations, and business organizations that serve the regions where we operate. We have been guided since our founding by a volunteer board and professional management team committed to excellence in service to seniors.
Programs: We provided both residential and health care services to our residents, some of whom are unable to cover the full cost of their care. We provided $394,992 in subsidies and indigence allowances to our residents in 2016, pertaining to 15 residents.
