Mission: The mission of the organization is the distribution of educational

Programs: The organization has a contract with the international republican institute, funded by the u. S. Department of state, bureay of democracy, human rights and labor, for the purpose of distributing educational materials and communications equipment within the island's dissident community. During 2014, 11 "hubs" or civic centers were formed in nine cuban provinces, bringing the total to 25 centers. An additional 35 members were added to the centers for a total of 96 members. During 2014, the group brought 110 cases of government neglect to the attention of local officials. These consist of lack of water, sanitation, insufficient trash-pickups, and other social problems in the island. Ten of these issues were resolved in 2014.
