Mission: Cross timbers health clinics provides affordable healthcare for patients of all income levels in the texas communities of brownwood, de leon, stephenville and the surounding areas using a sliding fee scale based on income as compared to federal poverty levels. Healthcare services include family medicine (primary healthcare, immunizations for children and adults, family planning, chronic care, prevention healthcare, health education and laboratory services), women's health (pregnancy testing, pre-pregnancy counseling, prenateal care, well-woman care and gynecological services), behavioral health (assessment, diagnosis and treatment therapy for individuals, couples and families) and family dental care.
Programs: Provided primary care health and dental services to its service area with over 34,000 patient encounters funded by a grant from the public health service (section 330 grant), medicaid and medicare.
