Causes: Hot Lines & Crisis Intervention, Mental Health, Suicide Prevention
Mission: Primary exempt purpose - to provide twenty-four hour general and crisis mental health counseling. Crisis connection is minnesota's only source of crisis counseling available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week, three hundred and sixty five days a year. It is available on a confidential, anonymous basis, and without charge, to anyone with any self-defined crisis.
Programs: Crisis prevention and intervention - provide twenty-four hour supportive and crisis prevention/intervention through phone counseling and to provide face-to-face crisis inter- vention at night when access to alternative help service is limited.
