Causes: Education, Primary & Elementary Schools
Mission: Crestview tradition blends academic excellence with a healthy respect for childhood, inspiring students to discover their unique talents and develop the intellectual skills and character to embrace challenges with courage and confidence. The school maintains a learning environment that ensures teachers will know and understand the unique qualitites of each child in order to provide appropriately challenging instruction and experiences to cultivate their students' talents, develop their intellectual skills, and encourage curiosity and discovery. The school builds on a culture of inclusion and involvement to actively engage current parents, alumni and other friends of the school.
Programs: The school provided an enhanced academic program to 155 students in kindergarten through 6th grade. A total of 28 students graduated to matriculate at a variety of challenging college preparatory schools in the greater pasadena and los angeles areas.
