Mission: Jointly interact with the environmental protection agency in connection with the ongoing federal insecticide, fungicide, and rodenticide act, and re-registration review of creosote; jointly generating creosote related health, safety, and environmental data and submitting to the epa; and jointly pursuing federal, state & local product stewardship activities.
Programs: Revenue generated from membership assessments to support the continuing federal & state registrations of creosote for use as a pesticide & promote product stewardship activities. Additional revenue is generated from license fees paid by non-members for use of the organization's data.
