Causes: Community Coalitions
Mission: Capacity building for member organizations, community and economic development in the kern county area.
Programs: Creating conscious communities coalition (3c coalition) has implemented programs that provided training to low income communities. The training was in the ares of learning and using business office programs such as micro soft office 365 suite and quickbooks. Training was also provided for installation of residential solar systems. This training was provided to approximately 32 individuals resulting in four participants gaining full time employment and several others getting part time positions or moving on to higher education.
