the stabilization of feral cat colonies so they decrease in size over time. Captured animals are examined and tested by a veterinarian with the healthy animals given required shots, spayed or neutered then returned to their colony unable to reproduce. Animals determined by the veterinarian to be so unhealthy or diseased as to not have a chance at a quality of life are euthanized. 249 feral animals were provided services.
