Causes: Leadership Development
Mission: Crave builds skills and networks for grassroots change-makers through a life-long learning community.
Results: Crave Leaders self-invest 10 months in intensive professional development workshops, spiritual formation activities, personal and project coaching for starting or scaling a social enterprise or nonprofit. Crave Alumni receive lifetime access to networks for cultivation of resources and partnerships; leadership development opportunities; and personal, professional, and spiritual development. At our 5 year mark: • over 70% of Crave projects are still positively impacting Central Florida;. • our community of Leaders, Alumni, and Volunteers has grown from 15 to 115 people serving in Central Florida.
