Causes: Human Services, Seniors, Supportive Housing for Older Adults
Mission: As a ministry of the evangelical covenant church, covenant retirement communities celebrates god's gift of life in christian community. We follow the great commandment to love and serve god and one another as taught by jesus christ. (see schedule o)
Programs: Residential living: the number of persons who benefited from the services we provided for the year ended january 31, 2015 were as follows:there were a total of 256 residents, occupying 194 apartments at 01/31/2015. Residency for the fiscal year totaled 88,900 resident days.
assisted living: the number of persons who benefited from the services we provided for the year ended january 31, 2015 were as follows:there were a total of 41 assisted living residents at 01/31/2015. Assisted living residency for the fiscal year totaled 15,737 patient days.
5skilled nursing: the number of persons who benefited from the services we provided for the year ended january 31, 2015 were as follows:there were a total of 54 skilled care patients at 01/31/2015. Skilled care residency for the fiscal year totaled 18,456 patient days.
the organization was involved in various community service projects which includes the following:- staff members volunteered a total of 134 hours of their time tovarious areas in the community such the arc blood drive on campus,walk to end alzheimer's, cromwell clergy association, manes and motions, library board and others (equivalent to $8,813)- residents volunteered a total of 10,286 hours in various communityevents/activities including local churches, schools, librairies, hospitals, shelters, food banks, soup kitchens, american cancer society, habitat for humanity, new england seafarer's mission, arc community blood drive and others. - monetary donations for the walk to end alzheimer's ($1,124 in total)- in-kind donation to amazing grace food pantry ($1,374 in estimated value)- hosted a student internship program for middlesex community college (total of 42 staff hours and equivalent to $8,250)- host site for meeting and events of different groups such as theamerican red cross community blood drive, middlesex chamber of commerce meeting, scottish dancers, cromwell clergy association, charter oak study group, waldenstrom macroglobulinemia org, and others (equivalent to $156,102)
