covenant creatures works first hand with the pets of the homeless and disadvantaged. Our operations are tangibly provided to about five hundred clients per year. Our "companion care center" is a donated site where our base of operations is which hosts our office and a place that provides general supplies such as: pet food, collars, leashes, bedding, etc. That have been brought from our larger storage unit facility. This donated site also provides a location for local licensed volunteer veterinarians and technicians provided veterinary exams, vaccinations, flea prevention, and medications to about thirty-five pets per month. Conditions treated range from behavioral problems to respiratory infections. We also provide preventative care such as vaccinations, some of which are required by law. Clients are screened for financial qualification and must fall within our financial guidelines [federal poverty guidelines used as a base]. Covenant creatures recognizes that pets are not only best friends and family, but sometimes a connection to reality. A team, ranging from 15 to 40 volunteers endeavor to assist owners in providing for their pets.
