Causes: Education, Primary & Elementary Schools
Mission: To establish a christian school
Programs: Spring hill camps,a local christian camp, partnered with covenant christian school for the second year to provide a free camping experience for 100 kids in the community.
ccs was able to provide the introduction of electives into our program, including music, greenhouse, cooking, and spanish. Parents volunteered their time for 9 week periods to provide various electives for 3rd through 8th grade students. The students were able to learn trades, skills, languages and more.
field trip for 7&8 grade was a 3 day trip to gettysburg, pa, as part of their history unit. 5&6 grade classes went to mackinac island for an overnight experience as a part of their history unit.
