Apparently, for being informed on the group and what they offer to people coming to meet and maybe practice with them, there's a lot of insistence and donations. That was the big thing that kept me from an in-depth dialogue with whoever could've really communicated to me what the coven is about. I'm sure they have valid reasons for protecting their group and faith, but I tried to be forthcoming and ask questions upfront, and I'm still lost.
I am a stnad-alone Pagan and very proud of my spiritual beliefs. I had just moved down to SC from Charlotte and was looking for a group for a festive holiday. I chatted back and forth via email to the group leaders whom welcomed me with open arms. I went to the holiday outing and was welcomed by several of the groups members. They are very dedicated to their track and reaching out to others- no matter the other persons beliefs be it spiritual or personal. I know they are involved in charaties ( abusive women shelters, natural disasters) and will be an assset to any who wish to call on them for help or services!
