Mission: To perform outpatient counseling services and provide information and referrals to substance abusers and their families.
Programs: Provides substance abuse counseling and related support services to clients referred to the organization by local courts, law enforecement and contracts with governmental agencies. Throughout the year 2,878 clients were serviced with 130,485 visits and 16,376 drug tests were performed for administration for children's services (acs) referrals.
