Causes: Philanthropy
Mission: The organization exists to provide a strong financial base that supports religious, educational, ministerial and charitable works of the catholic church in holland and zeeland michigan, including st. Francis de sales and our lady of the lake parishes and the corpus christi catholic school.
Programs: Corpus christi school support - funds provided to the school to be used for general operating expenses and to offset a portion of any deficit in tuition funds collected. Tuition money is not for specific individuals. Amounts allocated to these activities are determined each year by the board based on the value of assets held by the foundation.
parish support - funds provided to st francis de sales parish and our lady of the lake parish to help support catholic ministries and programs directed by the parishes.
specific program support requests - funds can be requested to help support a specific program. 9 requests were distributed for corpus christi school programs. They included music supplies, curriculum resources, library books and classroom supplies. 4 requests were distributed to saint francis de sales programs. They included media equipment, faith based education support and liturgical resoure materials. 3 requests were distributed to our lady of the lake for computer equipment and faith based education material.
