Mission: Cbf oklahoma has three primary missions: a. Providing members opportunities for global mission ministries, b. Providing financial assistance to newly formed congregations for church starts, c. Providing several opportunities during the year for members to assemble, cooperate and network, learn from each other, minister to each other, and fellowship in the name of jesus christ.
Programs: A. Global missions: 1. Financial assistance to the ghana baptist association for church starts 2. Financial support for cooperative baptist fellowships global mission program 3. Travel expenses for students participating in foreign mission assignments 4. Financial support for cooperative baptist fellowship general ministries
b. Assisting new church starts: 1. Sw kansas hispanic churches financial assistance 2. Loans to oklahoma church starts in chickasha, lawton and henrietta. 3. Financial partnerships with fbc oklahoma city, and northhaven baptist in norman for funding efforts to start a local church for ghanian immigrants
nurturing christians and churches. 1. Contributions to cooperative baptist fellowship, our parent organization 2. Travel and other support for educational events and annual conference in atlanta. 3. Conduct semi annual gathering of oklahoma members for spiritual enrichment, fellowship, and religious education including reimbursements to guest speakers 4. Funding for seminary students. 5. Financial aid to oklahoma organizations rendering assistance to victims of f5 tornado in moore oklahoma and surrounding areas.
