The owners are so sweet and knowledgeable. We had the best time at the farm helping to feed the animals and learning all about them. It’s a wonderful experience for kids!

Cooper Ridge Farm has helped my daughter’s speech blossom. She loves going to farm therapy on Saturdays and seeing all of her favorite farm animals. I am so glad we have Cooper Ridge Farms in our lives.

Three of my children receive services at Cooper Ridge. All three greatly profit from the individualized programs and one on one attention. Two of my children have Down syndrome and the interactions with animals and incorporation of therapy into real life situations has been amazing. I can not recommend this program enough.

I am proud to be a Board Member of Cooper Ridge. The impact that this establishment has on the children and families it serves is insurmountable! The care and attention to detail is what sets it apart from other therapies. Mrs. Josephine has a way of breaking through barriers to meet children where they are and she helps bring them forward one step at a time using the assistance of the animals and farm activities. Animal Assisted Therapy at its best!

Cooper Ridge Farm is an AMAZING animal assisted therapy farm. Their mission is to connect, nurture and heal children through the powerful human-animal bond. They are amazing at doing this. Mrs Josephine is such a blessing to children. She is able to work on every thing from fine motor, gross motor, speech and emotional needs with the use of animals and different aspects of the farm. The kids don’t even realize it is therapy. They are just having fun and are surrounded by such a loving and supportive environment. I am a special education teacher, and I see the true blessing this organization is for families. I feel very honored to be on the board and can’t say enough wonderful things about Mrs Josephine, Mr Justin and the amazing Cooper Ridge Farm.

My name is Dee Salisbury and I am a current Board Member for Cooper Ridge. My experience working with this organization has been absolutely wonderful! I initially accepted the invitation to contribute to "something good". I can tell you my experience has been well above "something good". The Board Members and volunteers are some of the most remarkable people I have ever encountered. There's no place like Jo's - I've made this statement about the Founder, Josephine, when I've needed "friend therapy". The same goes for Cooper Ridge- There's no place like it when you need a friend!

This is a great farm. I have a daughter and son who has been going her for almost a year.
My daughter is speech delayed, and was very quiet. She loves animals so we thought this would be a great resource for her. Not every a year later she talks way more. When she hears she is going to the farm she gets excited and says, "play with my friend." When we pull in she begins saying "my friend." It has also helped with her separate anxiety she had.

My son also loves going heee it has helped him to learn skills for controlling his ADHD.
